Our sets are built to the highest standards and all go through rigorous testing before being released to the market place. All control functions are simulated and protective devices checked, passed and then approved for dispatch, such as:
- A Full load test is conducted at 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% and 110%
- Overload continuance testing
- Noises testing
- Hertz and Voltage control test
- Lube oil operating pressure
- All shutdowns functional test
- Coolant temperature
- Apperance inspection
